Not About Food

Do you ever dream of food?

For a group of people for whom food is an important component of your life, do you dream, or have you ever dreamt of food or eating food.

I don't think I ever have although I have had most of the standard dreams relating to eroticism, standing before a class unprepared or back at the dungeon i.e. back working.

There was a psychologist named McClellan, I believe, who developed a set of cards called the Thematic Apperception Test that were used to evoke projected thoughts and themes. He found , in one experiment, that as the subjects fasted, the food related content of their stories increased, as would be expected. However, as fasting continued, food themes decreased and dropped off entirely. Supposed repression of food thoughts was occurring ( Now it has been 50 years since I read this study so my facts may be a little shaky).Don't know for sure why I threw that in except it was interesting to me.

But the main idea here is how many of you, dear readers, dream of food other than its use in a sexual act ( God forbid!)

Thank you in advance for responding.
