OK, this has been bugging me for a long time. I can't seem to locate an excellent simply burger in Vancouver. I know it must be out there, but simply haven't found it. And not for the lack of trying!
1) At least 4-5cm thick patty of good quality meat with proper fat content which remains juicy. The thickness is critical for me.
2) Properly rested after preparing.
3) Served simply on a good bun with fresh veggies.
4) Bonus points for skirting the law and keeping it more towards the rare side as well as serving excellent housecut fries.
Where can I scratch this itch?
