Dr. Hogly Wogly's BBQ

obscuro | Oct 5, 200506:57 AM

I had dinner Dr. Hogly Wogly's on 10/1/05 (I was in SFV for Necrocomicon; media circus, OJ, etc.)

I ordered the brisket and spare ribs plate; brisket sliced thick, covered in a sticky sweet BBQ sauce, very tender. Spare ribs were tender as well, pink on the inside. Meal was served with 2 side; I chose baked beans (good flavor but mushy), Cole slaw was good) The service was excellent, plenty of drink refills, friendly.

Take home is a little unusual; our waitress had a pocket full of plastic bags in her back pocket. She inverted the bag inserted her hand into; and picked up the remaining BBQ meat like she was cleaning up (you know)

Great meal, fun atmosphere!
