Restaurants & Bars

Downtown Milwaukee restaurants/bars?

I will be staying at the Hyatt Regency for a training seminar in a few days. Most of my days will consist of classes but I am bringing my husband and we are looking for some great places within walking distance of our hotel. We like to eat a little finer than chain restaurant type food (not 5 star either~somewhere in between). For cocktails we like the fun atmosphere places. I'd like some breakfast/lunch/dinner/ & beer/cocktail suggestions. Thanks everyone!

BTW, I saw a restaurant called Antigua listed that looked interesting, anyone been?
