downtown les halles crappy service

I had a pretty lousy meal at Les Halles downtown last night
Mostly it was the service, but there were some food problems as well..soggy salad for one..
Here is a letter i sent to the management this the way i am one of the most tolerant people for inept restaurant service but...
here is the letter:
Dear Manager I ate at Les Halles Downtown last night.(friday Nov12). I was severly dissapointed by the service.. We walked in and were sat right away. then it took over 10 minutes for someone to come and take our order.
then we ordered and 5 minutes later our apps arrived, but not the wine. then the wine arrived 5 7 minutes after that.. the salad was sogggy. the "waiter" never asked if we needed anything.. such as mustard for our pate..ect.

Frankly i worked in restaurants for years and the wait service was some of the most sub-par I have ever had.. I felt like people were just shoving food on our table and running off . not asking if we needed anything.. ectera.. they couldnt have acted more unconcerned with how we liked our meal. Frankly I think our waiters wern't even waiters at all..but busboys.
The only people who were getting good service were 2 cute young blonde english girs, and the maitre'd and waiters were fumbling all over each other to serve them..
Then, We got the check and then it took 15 minutes for someone to take it.. You really need to hire professional wait staff.
Also the french fries
were so over-salted that i could barely eat them, and i love salty food., and the choucrute was over cooked, although the meats were excellent.
We felt insulted by your neglectful service.
