I've recently had a ton of double yolk eggs for some unknown reason (haven't switched brands or sizes or anything - maybe our grocer has switched farms? or new chickens ;)? )
Anyway - would I count 1 double yolk as two eggs? If it has double yolk does it have double white too? Should I just not use a double yolk egg for recipes other than scrambled eggs? I honestly don't know if I'd ever had this come up before. Thanks.
