Help with which double ovens to buy

ccw | Feb 5, 201910:45 AM     13

Hi Everyone, I'm new to Chowhound and am in desperate need of some guidance on this decision.
I replaced a 15 year old Thermador double oven that I loved: Even browning and perfect roasting. I had to replace it because it needed repair and the parts no longer exist to repair it. Replaced it with a Dacor Heritage 30" double oven and it has been a horrible oven from the onset...so much so that Dacor is taking it back.

So my question for you all is what double oven do you all love that has convection bake, convection roast, and proofing etc...and is reliable!? Would love to hear from anyone....
Please keep in mind my cutout is for a standard 30" double oven.
Thank you for any input you may have!
