Dosa Diner

Went to Dosa Diner the other night... First off, the place looks very nice (almost 'upscale') inside, especially compared to most other Jackson Heights Indian restaurants. There was one other person there when I got in (around 6:30 on Monday night), but during my meal two families took tables, too.

Anyway, the Idli/Vada combo was a tasty 'starter', especially with the hot tomato chutney. The Chilli-Paneer Dosa (I chose it with Mysore Dosa) that I ordered was really really excellent--I'd been looking for a place that served a good 'paneer (Indian cheese) dosa' for quite a while, and recommend it highly--it might be slightly spicy, I guess, but I'm pretty fond of spice... My bill came out to about $12 with tip, the service was friendly...
