Donneckers & dressing up to eat .

George T | Nov 21, 2002 10:22 PM

I have a minor problem that's keeping me from being the chowhound I would like to be . My girl friend has a aversion to dressing up to go out to eat . I will admit that neither one of us has the most expansive wardrobes . But , I have tried to tell her that most places are more casual then in the past . This has so far not worked .
So , I turn to you for help . We live about halfway between Lancaster & Reading . As far as I'm concerned , we have way too many great places to eat in the area for our own good . I've always wanted to go to Donneckers , but due to the previous reasons given , it hasn't happened . I've even pointed out adds in the papers for the place , that specifically say " casual " to her , to no avail . If anyone out there could give me the straight scoop on how I should be expected to be dressed , for dinner , at Donneckers , I would greatly appriciate it . Thanx ...
