donguri ingredient question

I recently had a very good omakase dinner at Donguri. One of the dishes was a simple tofu sprinkled with a lavender/green colored flower. It tasted like a flowery thyme, but sweeter. I found the same flower in my seasoned rice. Do you have any idea what it could be?
