Every time I visit family in Taipei, this dish is on my must eat list. It's a large piece of soy braised pork belly served with a side of steamed buns in wrapper form, sometimes served with steamed/braised? sea cucumber and a side of cilantro. You can pretty much use a spoon, break off a piece of pork belly and sea cucumber and put it into the steamed bun wrapper. I *think* it's called dong po rou. Does anyone have recommendations on where I can find good versions of this dish in SGV? I'm not sure what type of Chinese cuisine it is, but the restaurant I usually go to eat it in Taipei is Shanghai style.
