Dominican Nuns' Olive Oil available Saturday

Rochelle McCune | Nov 16, 200103:59 PM

This Olive Oil is supposed to be spectacular. I thought I'd let you know about it since it will only be available for purchase this weekend at the Mission San Jose Holiday Fair.

Last year there was a two bottle limit and they sold out in one day. I missed out and was bitter so this year I will be there when they open tomorrow morning at 10am. I have heard there is more stock so there won't be a two bottle limit.

See the attached article from the Chronicle to get the history of the nuns and their oil.

Since I rarely venture to the East Bay, my question is - Is there anything else I should check out while I'm in Fremont? Any fascinating foodstuff that can only be found in Fremont? Any groovy lunch place that can't be missed?
