The Dolphin - chinese food in Jackson Heights

Has anyone else here eaten at the Dolphin? The
latest incarnation of the Chinese place by the
Roosevelt Ave. Subway.

I've been going back again and again because they make
very high quality versions of simple Canonese noodle
shop foods.

Congee, Soup noodles, BBQ meats, and rice plates are
all first class, with stronger, fresher flavors than
any other Canotonese place between Flushing and

This is in no way a banquet place like Pings (although
they have a fancy menu that I've never seen served to
anyone) but just the simple sort of food that people in
Hong Kong eat every day and people in Queens wished
they could eat every day.
