Dogwood Cafe...

catsmeow | Feb 13, 2008 01:28 PM

I use to love the pizza from the Dogwood but hadn't gotten one for a few years until the other night. I'm usually not in that area but found myself driving by around dinner time. I got a large cheese pizza to go and it was HORRIBLE! It had no taste whatsoever. The crust was like dry crackly white crackers. Water crackers have more flavor. It use to be a nice crispy crust with a great taste from the oven as well as being a little oily(the crust was). The other night, it reminded me of the thin crust pizza at Dominos that I had many years ago. There was hardly any sauce, and a thick thick layer of cheese and absolutely NO spices like the standard oregano, etc. I added them at home to give it a little flavor. It was very disappointing. What's happened there?
