Just back from a week in Tuscany and Bologna. I guess what they say about pasta must be true cause I was shocked by the number on the doctor's scale yesterday. I remember reading the chapter in the "French Women...Fat" book touting a leek dish. Can anyone give me this recipe or any others that I can rely on for quick, painless weight loss? (Only halfway kidding.....please!!) What is a food-centric hound to do without losing one's reason to live??
