I made a recipe for the first time tonight that is called a crab casserole. It turned out to be essentially crab dip (crab, cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, cheddar, some seasonings). It tastes fine, but is really rich as a main course. Any suggestions on what I can do to modify the leftovers (most of the dish) to make it more of a main dish and less of a dip? Any suggestions on what to mix in or what to serve it over? I'm hoping to be able to finish it, but right now it's calling to be spread on crackers. Help!
