Any body else see the article in Wednesday's paper about what well known restaurant owners are either considering (or being courted for) Dallas locations? The ones mentioned were Nobu, Emeril Lagasse and Thomas Keller. It mentions that the success of Il Mulino is making some others take notice. I'd like to see Thomas Keller open something here. I'm not sure that I would appreciate Nobu's cuisine and I'm pretty indifferent about Emeril opening something here. Other opinions?
