Just tried the Chelsea Market outpost and was blown away, particularly by that carrot-pistachio salad. It's not in Solomonov's Zahav Cookbook, and Googling was nonproductive. Anyone have a similar recipe or ideas?
I finally made it to Dizengoff today and now i'm so disappointed I didn't get the carrots!
I found this recipe from Solomonov, maybe it's similar to this but with added pistachios? (In the recipe it says to simmer the carrots 12-15min but that sounds way too long if you like them firm)
