There were a lot of negative posts about Miracle Grill (7th Ave & 3rd St. in Park Slope) after it opened last month. For example, a couple of people complained that the chicken fajitas were not great but, then again, fajitas are kind of boring anyway....

I went this weekend and had a good blood orange margarita, and a delicious tostada with duck in pipian sauce, with a very bright and refreshing salad of jicama and oranges on the side. I haven't tried other things yet, but those two things were really quite good.

So, if anyone out there wants to try Miracle Grill, don't necessarily get scared away by the original postings. I think it has potential.
