Disneyland area dining: gluten free

i have read through the Disneyland threads and it looks like things haven't changed much since we were there 4 years ago. But my family is heading there next week and we need to find some good grub at a good value (I know ha ha).

The catch is that my son and I have Celiac so it has to be gluten-friendly. We are aware of the gluten-free offerings in the park and the fact that the pasta at pizza port will feed a small army (at least it used to). If there are any specific recs that people have in the park for great gluten-free values, please post.

Otherwise, any lunch/dinner options in Downtown disney worth walking outside the park (we won't have our car there)?

Anyplace to get food to take into the park for lunch before the park opens? We are staying near Disneyland. I know about Lee's Sandwiches and the Vietnamese places, but unfortunately they may not work with the gluten-free issues.

Also need breakfast for at least one day when the park doesn't open until 10 AM. Jagerhaus a good option for that?
