Dishwashing Liquid Too Sudsy

zackly | May 21, 2017 05:59 AM

Most people, myself included, equate lots of suds with cleaning power but apparently that's not true. "Manufacturers make hand wash dish detergents sudsy because that's what the consumer wants". Usually, I switch between Palmolive Ultra and Dawn Ultra depending on what's on sale or I'm shopping at Wal-Mart (sells Dawn cheaper). Lately, I've noticed
Palmolive Ultra is so sudsy that I need to rinse forever to stop the sudsing, even after using a tiny drop of detergent. Now I'm not the "greenest" guy in the world but, like the overweight person who orders Diet Coke with their super sized Extra Value Meal @ Mickey D's, something is better than nothing. Coming through our recent drought here in the northeast, I'm more conscious of wasting water. Are there any good low sudsing comparably priced dish detergents? Thanks!
