What Are The Best Dishes in New York ?

One friend of mine, a very attractive girl, said Jean-George's poached egg with creme fraiche and caviar - and called it the ultimate seduction. Another friend said the goose-fat fried potatoes at Park Avenue Summer (now Fall ?). My "Big Foodie" friend said Blue Ribbon's bone marrow with oxtail ragu.

So I have someone coming in and I have to impress them; what is the best dish - if there can be one - in New York?
