My neighbor is the best cook. This past weekend I realized how ridiculous I looked lurking outside of his garage waiting for him to finish cooking his wings and maybe throwing me a few bones! And one day that is exactly what he gave me wrapped up! I almost stopped stalking him!
But he does all natural fresh wings in peanut oil in his old electric skillet. No breading, flour, just put in and turned till golden brown. Wow. I got one immediately and made my 2 lbs last evening. Mine were really good too! I used WAY WAY too much oil but they were awesome. So anyone have some good hints? I cooked my wings in garage as well as I was a bit afraid of the grease (I have never fried anything in my life). Good sources for recipes? Thanks, look forward to ideas. Penny
