Okay, I'm a dirty old man, I admit it

I vaguely recall dining at a steakhouse in Washington DC in the late seventies. It was right out of central casting -- very little green stuff on the menu, ringed in hazy cigar smoke, a committee bill debate going on at the next table. Then, just for that extra kick of testosterone, the waitresses wore sheer negligees. I must have had too much scotch that night, the name of the place escapes me. (I can even remember the place's ad in the Washingtonian -- just in case you missed the point, it featured a silhouette of a nude woman.) Can anyone help a dirty old man whose memory is unreliable? Is it still open? Is the waitstaff wardrobe still the same? Thanks! (I'm only interested because the food was really good. No, really, honest!)
