I'm making my first trek on Sunday and was wondering if the ribs are sauced or dry? If sauced, is it sweet or vinegar based?
Personally, I prefer dry rub the best but am not adverse to sauce if good and served up in moderation.
From reading prior posts I will probably order the pulled pork but am considering a combo plate or just adding some ribs and brisket. Since, I wanna leave room for dessert, there's a good chance I will end up taking some or all of the ribs and/or brisket home.
Has anyone had either as leftovers?
Do you think the ribs and/or brisket benefit or suffer from the reheating?
