dinning itinerary in north italy

im have 4 days alone and i have decided the following tour, for eating and drinking, please every advice/recommendation is more than welcome
torino- eataly, combal.zero i have heard of many chocolatiers and coffee shops, but need help please

alba- i want to tour some barolo wineries, but dont know which ones, dinner at piazza duomo, would love to see some truffles but i think we are off season

modena- osteria francescana, trying to see some balsamic and parmesan cheese factories

last day before heading back to milan i plan to go to dal pescatore
