My first exp. wasless than star quality, the good: pastas,guinea hen,roasted kid truly thebest ever.the bad: portion size(we declined the tasting menue--someone forgot to tell the cook),the ugly: noise&Price,at an average app @$18,Pastas@$15-20,entrees@$32-46,deserts@$10-15,tasting menue $90-115,you should at least leave full our party of four paid $275,and but for the hour we would have stopped at Pat's. Would I return yes, but with agreat deal more study of menue. The noise factor is a very serious problem, at these prices you should be able to relax and hear your dining companions, when I pay $150 per person I should have acomplete 5 star experience i.e. Le Bec,LeBernedin,Daniel,or PerSE,obviously he doesn't need me to be successful,or could it be that philly foodies don't know any better,Marc V deserves to be called the best chef and agreat businessman.
