What is better than Mat & Naddie's (where I will go if no one replies) on a Monday night at a similar (or cheaper preferably) price? We went there last week and sat on the courtyard - Started with the grilled oysters and they were fantastic. I got the scallop salad and he got the duck confit. The scallop salad, though small, was awesome as usual. The duck was ok. Top it off with the cheapest bottle of chardonnay they had ($32 a bottle) and wonderful live music - overall it was a great evening for around $100 including tip.

Any suggestion for a similar experience? I've been thinking about Martinique or Ristorante Civello. Anyone know how pricey they are and how good?

Also, on a side note, any suggestions for BYOB restaurants? I find that is the cheapest way to get a good meal and save money. Anybody been to EAT in the quarter? It's byob. Small menu, food's not bad (I heard the brunch is great), and no corkage fee!
