Have guests for dinner tomorrow. Total of 5 people, but the 3 guys are big eaters. I will have to buy everything Saturday a.m. and prepare, don't want to be cooking after 4pm. I'm not feeling inspired.
Protein part needs to be chicken and/or seafood.
I have about 2 lb bag of shrimp in the freezer I'd like to use (all or part).
Thought #1: paella (but does it reheat o.k.?)
Thought #2: baked risotto/pilaf w/sauteed shrimp
Anybody got any favorites to suggest?
