Hey all my date for tonight made a reservation at Pangeae 10 for us. It's over by Tia Pol on 10th and 25th. He's never eaten there (nor have I) but said that it is a staple for the chef types to go to on their night's off or after shifts. I am trying to impress this guy and want to be able to order the right stuff off of the menu as he usually puts this burden on me. HELP!!!
