first dinner in paris marais/bastille sans too many english speakers?

Hello! I am heading to paris with two girlfriends and we are looking for a place to have a wonderful first meal at a bistro or neo-bistro or even a wine bar. Ideally, we would like to spend less than 35e/pp not incl wine. We're staying in the marais so somewhere nearby would be great.

I have done my research, and it sounds like Frenchie, Le Chateaubriand, Breizh, Bistro Paul Bert and Table 28 would fit the bill.

My question is: if we go to one of the aforementioned places, are we going to be surrounded by americans? I would rather go somewhere less-buzzed-about and more parisian--but it is hard to find these places on the internet! It's going to be a Friday night, and we speak french, if either of those makes a difference.

Please let me know your thoughts, and whether you have any recommendations for local or new bistros/restaurants/winebars in the marais/bastille area.

Thanks!
