Just finished making meatloaf for the first time since I don't know when. It's so easy, and so good, I don't know why this isn't a regular item on my dinner table. Anybody have any favorite meatlof recipes to share, accompaniments or gravies? It may be time to add a new twist to my basic one. BTW, I always bake freeform, not in the loaf pan as it gets a nicer, crispier crusty outside that way. Chow for now!
