Dinner for a large party (up to $30 per head)

I got some fantastic suggestions to my request a couple of days ago for cheap lunch/ breakfast places in or around Dupont Circle. Thanks so much, DC Chowhounds.

Now I need to find two good but inexpensive places for dinner for a large party. We'll be 12 people, and already have a booking at a Turkish restaurant for one night, but need two more in or around Adams Morgan, Dupont Circle, Georgetown, Capitol Hill and thereabouts.

Party size: large, so we'd like a place that takes reservations

Price range: ideally $20-30 per head

Vetoed cuisines: Turkish, Lebanese, Iranian, Chinese, Thai, Indian, Ethiopian, French, pizza, anything too beef-heavy, national chains

Suggestions in a hurry would be greatly appreciated, as I need to make reservations for this weekend.

Sorry for the long list of vetoes, but it's a very international group that doesn't want food it can make better in its own kitchen or get easily in Montreal.

Something fish-y would be great. Johnny's Half-Shell, which had been a possibility for splurge-night, turned out to be full.

Thanks in advance, and lots of love from 11 different countries!
