After dinner drink in Asador de Aranda, Madrid.

I was at Madrid just recently and had the roasted lamb dinner at El Asador de Aranda in the Sol area. At the end of the meal, they served us each a shot of a drink from squarish bottle looked like it came out of the freezer on a plate with something that looked and tasted like small doughnuts. These somewhat eased the fatty aftertaste that the very good lamb dish left behind.
Does anybody know what these are and what they are called?
