I had dinner Saturday at Ceiba and they knocked my socks off. As usual, I ate at the bar. I started with the classic cerviche, happy hour price I might add, and it paired perfectly with the wine recommended by the bartender, Chardonnay, Castello de Monjardin. For the entree, I had the swordfish with polenta, bone marrow and pomegranate seeds. Unbelievable , and only $25.00. I never would have put this together myself but thats why I'm not a chef. I am going back for sure since it is also near the metro. Kudos!!
