What's for Dinner #331 - the Pumpkin Carving Edition [through 10/26/14]

LindaWhit | Oct 18, 201406:43 AM     420

So who's picking out costumes for yourself or the kids to wear in a few weeks? Who's emptying out the jack-o-lanterns of their innards, toasting the pumpkin seeds for Scooby Snacks, and then carving up the orange gourds into scary or funny faces to sit on the stoop - at least until some local kids come by in the middle of the night to smash 'em on the road? ;-)

And what dinners are you planning? I'm still weather-related cooking, as we've had several warm days here in New England - but the end of the weekend is supposed to be temperate for the time of year.

What's on your tables this weekend?
