New (to me) Dining Spots in Dutchess County

It's been nice to discover some new places to eat in the area. Would love to hear more recs!

Clancy's Cafe and Creamery in Hyde Park--They have the best ice cream. I just tried their Ferrero Rocher ice cream...absolutely delicious. They also have excellent customer service and a wide selection of sandwiches, burgers and entrees. I like their Val-Kill chicken wrap.

Hudson Valley FoodSmith in Wappingers Falls--I've only had a chance to go there once, but DH and I loved everything that we ordered.

Saigon Pho in Wappingers Falls--This restaurant has really improved over the past year. I believe they have new owners. The grilled pork bun, as well as their grilled pork spring rolls, are family favorites.

Bagel World in Wappingers Falls--best bagel shop in the area. Hands down.

55 Diner (previously named Spicy Mexican Diner) in Poughkeepsie--Great burritos carnitas and tacos. Reasonable and delicious. I also like the fact that they have diner staples, like pancakes and egg sandwiches.
