Dining on the Outer Banks

If anyone ventures to the Outer Banks (now might be a tad chilly) you have to eat at Ocean Boulevard in Kitty Hawk. Went there with my wife for our 1 yr anniversary in July and I had lamb sirloin that was out of this world. I was served med rare (perfect) with a red pepper sauce and goats milk mashed potato's. They are also well known for their martini bar which serves quite a variety.. some of which dont even resemble martinis. If you love olives try the dirty martini. Also had tuna sushi that was perfect...the freshest Ive had anywhere.

Total tab came to around $70 with tip/drinks. A bargain for the quality.

Going to DC in a month...would greatly appreciate a recommendation for dc/georgetown area around the same price range.
