In a few weeks we will be vacationing in Tucson and then renting a car and driving up to Las Vegas to visit family. We are interested in finding good places to get lunch and possibly dinner on the drive, diners, truck stops, mom & pop shops, that kind of thing. Hopefully ones on or very close to the highway.
I guess the most useful spots will be on us 93 just North of Phoenix and again an hour or two south of Las Vegas. But if there is a really fantastic "don't miss" place anywhere on the route, please post that as well.
