More of a diner-style experience than EMP

2 Brits coming to NYC. Due to budget constraints and nature of the trip (30th birthday, preference for casual over smart). I have a list of places that I’ve earmarked to go to, if anyone can suggest a particular place that might suit us based on the types I’ve listed below and the info I’ve given above I’d welcome your input. We’re based around West 74th street but happy to travel. I also really like the idea of street markets with people selling cooked food/food stalls. I’ve listed a few below also:

Breakfast:
Shopsins
La Bonbonniere (been here before, loved it)
Johny’s Luncheonette
Maybe cornerstone cafe

Burgers:
Minetta Tavern’s Black Label Burger (if we’re willing to splash out on the $26 burger)
The Spotted pig
Island burgers and shakes (been here before, liked it)
Shake Shack

Others:
Crif dogs
Katz’s deli
John’s Pizzeria on Bleecker (been here before, really liked it)
Lombardi’s
Empanada Mama
Gaia Italian Café

Markets/street fairs:
Hester Street Fair
Chelsea market
New Amsterdam Market
Calexico
53rd and 6th Halal cart.

Thanks in advance for your help!
