need dimsum recs

used to be a regular at china pearl. until pacific garden came along. loved pacific garden but unfortunately it closed. then discovered new shanghai which had almost the same dimsum menu as pacific garden. unfortunately 2/3 of the dimsum menu disappeared a couple months back. now only jumbo in newton comes closest.

tried china pearl, cc city, hei lam moon, mary chung recently but still prefer jumbo in newton.

my favorite dimsum dishes include juicy siumais, fried sesame shrimp roll, spare ribs, fried silver fish, egg tarts, and har cheong.

what I really missed from pacific garden is the lotus paste bun with egg yolk and the peanut coated glutinous rice flour ball with black sesame filling.

any recommendations greatly appreciated. thank you.
