Tried for dim sum at Pacific East Seafood in the 99 Ranch complex today, but it was papered over, with signs indicating that it'll reopen sometime in October. So we went down the street to Saigon Seafood. We were handed an order list and when we asked, were told no cart service on weekdays. Ordered the usual suspects, things were mainly good but hampered by temperature problems and congealed sauces on some dishes. Our guests were out-of-state first timers and they loved it all.
