Sorry to repeat this frequent request. If anyone has time for advice, I'd appreciate it.
I need to take out-of-town friends (who are experienced dim sum eaters) to dim sum tomorrow morning -- somewhere accessible by public transit. Oakland and SF Chinatowns are preferred, but I recognize that we might not get the best possible food in those areas. Cheapness is also a plus.
My choices from reading the board so far are:
-- Tea House China Bistro (Oakland) -- b/c of a fairly positive chowdown review last month
-- Yo Ho (Oakland)
-- Gold Mountain (SF)
-- Great Eastern (SF, no carts)
-- Legendary Palace (Oakland, more $$)
-- Dol Ho (SF)
-- Mayflower (SF, on Geary, sounds promising, never been)
