This is puzzlingly good and bad. The har gao (shrimp dumplings) had really tasty shrimp. The char siu so (triangle puffs w/ roasted pork) was the best I've had in the Boston area...thin light layer of pastry and lots of filling. The char siu bao was bad with overcooked char siu (puzzling).
The amount of carts being pushed by was utter crap. I'm not sure if the kitchen was overloaded trying to do the buffet or what, but this was really bad.
There is no dim sum menu as one chowhound reported. We ended up getting a beef chow foon which had good tasting beef, but burnt tasting noodles.
If the chef from Pacific Garden really ended up here, he really should find a better place to showcase his dim sum talent. This place will just give him a bad rep :-P
