Dim Sum in the burbs

If you haven't been to dim sum you're missing something special. If you're in town, definitely go to Chinatown, but if you're hungry for dim sum without the parking hassle, head to Woburn (yes, Woburn!) to an outpost of China Pearl (one of the good dim sum housees in Chinatown). Park in their lot, and then, instead of waiting forever on the stairs, sit on a comfortable banquette (for a much shorter time) and then in a nice (if a little tacky) clean restaurant. People come around with many carts of delicious dishes, and you can pick and choose what you like. In Woburn (unlike in town) many of the cart-pushsers have at least some English and can tell you what they are serving. We stuffed ourselves (it all looked so good!) for less than $10/per person last time we went. It's good to go with a group, so youcan try more things.
