Dim-Sum Buffets ?

Wallace & Gromit | Mar 12, 2006 07:17 AM

I have seen "insider tips" for all you can eat dim-sum buffets (for the "budget-conscious") on more than one tourism site ... is there such a thing? I haven't seen a thing about it here on Chowhound (and people are asking about dim-sum all the time - like I am doing now. Ha!Ha!)

I REALLY want to enjoy some dim-sum when I am in Boston, but I have some concerns. 1) I will be by myself 2) I don't speak Chinese and I will have no idea what I am taking off a rolling cart 3. well, can't think of a 3, but you get the idea.

I know there are some places where you can just order off a menu, but I have seen a few of those menus online and it looked like pretty boring standard Chinese appetizers. (I don't have to go for "dim-sum" to get crab ragoon!)

I need some advice
