Hi, i'm cooking a Mexican meal for 10 friends, one of them is from Mexico City. I've bought Diana Kennedy's 'The Art of Mexican Cooking' and I'm keen to get ideas for a menu I can put together that everyone will enjoy. Ideally I would like some of the dishes to be from Mexico City but they don't all have to be. I'm happy to cool complex recipes and sourcing ingredients if its worthwhile.
I'm an experienced cook, however I haven't cooked much Mexican. Any tips would be much appreciated.
