[DFW] Perry's

I'm pretty sure that I am going to Perry's with my mom before heading off to school. A couple questions. I notice on the menu that it's served with Perry's butter. I am not a fan of buttery steak. Should I ask for it without the butter or just let them cook it how they always do? Is the butter like Ruth's Cris (for me, that's a bad thing)? Second, is it USDA prime or some other prime? It says the steaks are "exclusively certified prime." I think there had been some discussion a while ago about Perry's steaks, but I couldn't figure out who was right. Thanks
