Detroit Food Tour

I'm heading to Detroit in a few weeks to visit my sister who just moved there, and I'm in charge of the food tour.

I figure that I have seven lunches and dinners. Breakfast/brunch isn't an interest, unless there's something not to be missed.

Anyway, I'm trying to focus on food that is uniquely Detroit, and/or stuff I can't find in Baltimore.

Also, neither of us are that fond of hot dogs, so we don't plan to waste calories on a Coney Island.

Here's what I have so far. Please let me know what you think of my choices:

The Golden Chicken
numerous Middle Eastern bake shops in Dearborn--any recs for one over another?
Yemen Cafe
Aladdin Cafe-other good Bangladeshi in area?
Baker's Keyboard Lounge

I was looking for Macedonian and found something called Dragos Family. When I checked out their menu, it looked like a typical burger & fries (and hot dogs) place, with selection of bureks. Has anyone been? Any other Macedonian recs or recs for Albanian?

Pretty obviously, I'm missing Lebanese. I'd love recs for the best, or the best in the area where I'll be staying, Royal Oak.

Greek isn't included on purpose. Not because I don't like it, but because we have excellent Greek in Baltimore.

Anything else Detroit-y and quirky and good?
