Details Sought on Tru's Caviar Staircase

I'd be interested in learning the details of Tru's caviar staircase dish.

-- What version of the staircase (i.e., caviars) is typically included in the Grand Collection? For example, how many different caviars are included?

-- Are any versions of the staircase typically included in the Seafood and Vegetable Collections?

-- The Tru indicative a la carte menu on its website notes: "Tramonto’s Caviar Staircase -- Iranian Sevruga $20 Iranian Osetra $30 Iranian Golden Osetra $50
Iranian 000 Beluga $70 All Black $150" When one orders a collection, would the indicated items also be the appropriate supplements? What would "all black" mean in this context?

-- If one doesn't upgrade, what caviars are included (if even Iranian sevruga requires an upgrade)?

-- What quantity of each type of caviar is typically included in the staircase, and, is the quantity standard or does it get reduced as more expensive caviar varieties are ordered?
